Had a cold last coouple of days. Bit frustratng as been 6m and sunshine all day. Felt better this evening so rigged 7m and off I go. After 30 seconds realised I was not as well as I felt as I was knackered and breathless. A bit overpowered so flattened sail and had 45 mins before wind died in late evening. Only go 23 knots and water was flat; must be slow board or sail as it cannot possibly be me :-(. Lovely evening, now off to bed with Lemsip.
